Order and Shipping Process
Once you place your order, we'll verify if payment has been made online. If not, our administration team will send you an invoice with payment details. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on weekdays after payment is fully received.
We typically have all products in stock for direct delivery to your shop. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you via email or through your local sales contact.
Depending on your location, shipments will be dispatched from our warehouses in The Netherlands, UK, USA or China. We pack orders until 10 pm on weekdays to ensure prompt dispatch.
